A Fashionista’s Guide to Galentine’s Day

Happy February fashionistas!

The New Year has me beyond excited, and beyond busy, but I’ve finally got a free minute for a chat! Valentine’s Day is approaching, and for those of you with a #MCM, maybe you’ve got some super romantic plans.

If you’re like me, and you don’t buy into stupid Cupid’s day of roses and chocolate, you’re probably

planning to spend the day with the gals. Honestly, what is better than that?! Galentine’s is a million times better than the traditional holiday, so I took it upon myself to schedule the perfect Galentine’s for you and your ladies!

11 a.m. Brunch anyone? Start the day off right. What better way to show your #1’s how much they mean to you than over French toast and mimosas! Head to the best brunch spot in town and order whatever your heart desires.

1 p.m. #TreatYoSelf. Hit the mall. Buy the shoes. Today is about you.

3 p.m. Mani, Pedi, and pamper sesh. Stop by the nail salon get pampered like the fashionista you are. You deserve it.

6 p.m. Dinner for two five. Complete with candles and wine. Who needs a man to take you out when you’ve got your ride or dies?

10 p.m. Hit the town with the squad. There’s nothing better than a good GNO! Doll yourself up and press play on the ultimate girl power playlist. I’m feeling Girls Just Want to Have Fun, Cyndi Lauper knows bestFinish out your Galentine’s with a bang and make every envious of your #SquadGoals.8 Gathering. p.m. RSVP to a Galentine’s Gathering.
Snacks, movies, sleepover? Pop in Bridesmaids or She’s the Man and have THE best time ever. Boys in movies and so much better than in real life, am I right? Also, chocolate covered strawberries are must.

See? Who needs Valentine’s? It’s all about #GirlPower.
